VESCON Group

vescon_logo_claim_engl_rzVESCON GmbH was founded in 1993 under the leadership of Dietmar Haubenhofer in Mannheim. The company specializing in electrical drawings quickly became a provider of engineering services with a focus on project activities of industrial and technical facilities.

The groundwork for successful development was laid in 1996–2008 with the establishment of VESCON Systemtechnik GmbH in Gleisdorf under the leadership of Heimo Reicher, VESCON Systems AG in Frankenthal under the leadership of Stefan Ruthmann, VESCON Automotive GmbH Reiskirchen under the leadership of Detlef Brend and PrintoLUX in Frankenthal GmbH under the leadership of Hermann Oberhollenzer.

In 2009, the range of the VESCON Group’s services expanded with the acquisition of K-ROB-Industrie-Roboter-Programmierung GmbH under the leadership of Monika Lang. In 2011, the sphere of activities of the Group expanded with the acquisition of ATEC Gesellschaft für Automatisierungstechnologie GmbH in Munich.

With the acquisition of ATEC GmbH, the Group also expanded thanks to the integration of VESCON´s two subsidiaries – AMIS Elektroanlagen GmbH in Munich under the leadership of Willibald Maier and ATEC automatizačná technika s.r.o. in Bratislava under the leadership of Martin Kolesár.

Since early 2000 Mr Peter Bürger has been the CEO of the VESCON Group, providing support to his colleagues – executive directors and CEOs of individual Group companies. Mr Peter Bürger is responsible for all commercial and financial roles within the VESCON Group.
